Backtagging: Yes please! I live for the stuff and will back tag for ages as long as there's interest on both sides.
Threadhopping: Absolutely unless it's marked private
Fourthwalling: It's fine. I'd rather she not be told she's fictional, but to be told she's a comic book character/in a movie/etc is fine.

Hugging this character: Yes! However, be aware that if they touch bare skin and they're a marvel character, her marvel power will activate and she'll steal their canon powers and life force.
Kissing this character: Yes. They might get slapped for it, but it's fine. Just see above.
Flirting with this character: Oh please. She's a big flirt when she gets to know someone and is comfortable with them.
Fighting with this character: Sure! She's got some hand to hand combat training so she has an idea of what she's doing, but she's not adept at it. Contact me first and we'll work out a scenario.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Absolutely! The river has given her regenerative powers, but she can be hurt enough that they won't heal her. Again, contact me. We'll work something out.
Killing this character: Not without a good deal of planning.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Absolutely! Contact me, or let me know in the subject line and I'll make sure to give you stuff to work with in her narrative.

[She'd kept his dog tags next to her skin every day and night since he'd been gone. She's slept in them, showered in them, worn them tucked underneath her shirt during the day. In some ways, he never seemed far away. He was in her head, against her skin and in the way her knuckles ached when she got angry; Never very far away, but somehow when he's under the same roof, he seems further away than ever. She lays in bed, twisting the chain of his dog tags around her fingers until the chain imprints into her skin, red welts that will fade far too quickly. She huffs, breath sliding between her lips before she gets up, letting the dog tags fall against her chest again.
She'd get a glass of milk, maybe some cookies and she'd feel more like sleeping afterwards. Or at least that's what she tells herself when she creeps down the stairs and into the kitchen wearing her nightgown, her hands bare and her hair loose around her shoulders.]
